1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Zerra website ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

You agree to use our website and services for lawful purposes only. You are prohibited from using the site to transmit harmful or malicious content, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems.  

3. Intellectual Property

• Agency Content: The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Zerra and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

• Client Deliverables: Upon full payment of fees, the intellectual property rights for the final designs and deliverables created for the Client are assigned to the Client. Zerra retains the right to display the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

  
  

4. Payment and Fees

Terms regarding payment, including deposits, milestones, and final settlements, will be outlined in the specific Service Agreement or Proposal provided to you before the commencement of any project. Failure to pay fees when due may result in the suspension of services.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Zerra, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
